AIRSHO COLONEL REGISTRATION FORM

If you are a Colonel, Cadet or Culpeper’s Angel, pre-registering for AIRSHO is the only way to go!  Pre-registration makes getting into AIRSHO a breeze!

What do you need:

1. Take a moment to think about who will be coming with you to AIRSHO. Will you be coming alone or, will you be accompanied by other members, friends or family members? There is an opportunity to purchase admission for everyone using the form on the next page.
2. Decide if you would like to purchase special tickets outside of regular admission. Here are your options:
   1. Save the Girls Luncheon – Fri., Oct. 8, 2010 at 11:30 a.m. – Enjoy some of West Texas’ finest barbecue in the CAF Commemorative Center Hangar at this special fundraising luncheon benefiting the NoseArt Collection. The lunch includes spectacular entertainment from the Sun Country Gentlemen.
   2. American Combat Airman Hall of Fame – Fri., Oct. 8, 2010 at 7 p.m. – Meet and dine with true aviation heroes during the induction ceremony.  This year the banquet will take place at the Midland Center in downtown Midland. Attire for the evening is black tie, military dress or business attire.
   3. Fighter Squadron Hospitality Area – Sat.-Sun., Oct. 9-10, 2010 - The perfect place for individuals and small groups to enjoy AIRSHO! Located on the flightline, the Fighter Squadron Hospitality Area offers covered seating areas, flooring, free catered breakfast, lunch buffet, afternoon snacks and beverages. Adult ticket holders also receive a souvenir cap and program. These tickets are available for one or two day packages.
   4. Prime View Seating – Sat. – Sun., Oct. 9-10, 2010 – Enjoy AIRSHO from the air-conditioned O’Brien Hall, upstairs in the CAF Commemorative Center, and step out on the Wagner-Brown Patio for an unobstructed view of the flying. Tickets are limited to 100 seats and available to Colonels and Colonels with one guest only. No one under 21 admitted. These tickets are available for one or two day packages.

Filling out the form:

1. Determine how many of each type of ticket you need and write the number next to the item in the quantity column.
2. Total the price for each item you are purchasing. Remember Colonels, Cadets and Culpeper’s Angels receive free admission to the AIRSHO.
3. Be sure to complete all of the information at the bottom of the form. If you are registering for yourself and another colonel or cadet, be sure to include their names and ID numbers on the form!

Submitting the form:

There are 3 ways to submit the form to the CAF, be sure to send it in by Sept. 30, 2010. If we receive your pre-registration form after this date, your packet may not be ready for pick-up at Colonels parking. Registration will be available at Colonels parking, but please be patient as it might take several minutes to prepare your packet onsite.

2. Scan and e-mail your completed form to ahicks@cafhq.org.
3. Call (432) 563-1000, ext. 0 and register over the phone with Blair Thompson, Member Assistance Coordinator.
